Hi, I’m Jenna Donaldson.

Health, fitness, and wellness have been an important part of my life for as long as I can remember. After years of teaching, I decided to combine my love of education with my passion for helping others feel stronger, healthier, and more confident. I am trained as a YTT-200 yoga instructor, Pilates instructor, certified personal trainer, and nutrition and wellness coach. I believe true wellness supports both the body and the mind—because when one is struggling, the other is often affected too. As a woman in my 40s and a busy mother of multiple children, I understand firsthand how hormones, stress, family responsibilities, and lifestyle can influence our health. I also know that taking care of yourself does not require a perfect schedule or an all-or-nothing approach. I have learned how to make healthy habits work within a full life, and my goal is to help you do the same through practical guidance, education, encouragement, and a plan that fits your unique needs.

Nutrition is tailored to your individual needs, activity level, and goals. I can help calculate appropriate macros, create meal and snack ideas, teach you what to eat and when to eat it, and show you simple meal-prep strategies that make staying on track easier. The goal is not perfection or restrictive dieting, but helping you understand your body, build confidence around food and develop habits you can maintain long term. My approach to wellness is personalized, practical, and focused on creating lasting change. We begin by identifying your specific goals and breaking them into realistic, attainable steps that fit your life. Rather than looking at only one area, I consider the whole person—mind, body, spirit, daily routines, stress, sleep, nutrition, movement, and lifestyle—because all of these pieces work together.

Movement and wellness plans are also customized to you. Depending on your needs, your plan may include yoga for balance, flexibility, mindfulness, and stress reduction; Pilates for core, pelvic floor, and glute strength; or resistance training to build muscle, improve body composition, increase strength, and support healthy aging. We may also address sleep patterns, stress management, recovery, routines, and other lifestyle factors that can impact your progress.

I also serve as an accountability partner—someone in your corner to help you stay focused, troubleshoot obstacles, and keep moving forward. Real life is not always predictable, so your plan should be flexible enough to work during hectic weeks, difficult seasons, vacations, travel, and schedule changes. Together, we can adjust your routines so that one busy week does not turn into giving up altogether.

Above all, my goal is to help you create positive changes that actually work in your real life. You will not simply be given a plan to follow—you will learn the skills, strategies, and habits that allow you to make informed choices, adapt when life changes, and continue working toward your goals with confidence.
